Part 3

Plan and credits

Find quick answers to common questions about subscriptions, credit usage, plan changes, and billing expectations.

Open your avatar in the bottom-left corner, select Subscription, and view your remaining subscription credits. You can also open Reward History to check reward credits.
Open Manage Billing and Invoices, then use the Stripe billing portal to update or switch your payment card.
When you upgrade, Readdy applies the remaining value of your current plan to the new plan, so you only pay the difference. You will receive the full credits included with the new plan, and your renewal date resets to the upgrade date.
Readdy does not currently support switching an active annual subscription directly to a monthly subscription mid-cycle. Review your subscription page to see the available plan options.
Websites published beyond your plan limit are billed separately according to the extra-sites billing rules. Check the publishing plan details for the exact allowance.
If your bank declines the payment, try completing the subscription with a different card first.
Some Alipay payments through Stripe may fail to activate the subscription correctly. Stripe may automatically detect the unsuccessful payment and start a refund. Refunds usually take about 2-6 business days, including Stripe processing time and the time needed for the refund to appear in Alipay. If the subscription is still inactive and no refund arrives after that period, contact support.
Send your refund request and reason to hi@readdy.ai. The support team will review the case and follow up with the next steps.
Clear your browser cache, open the Subscription page again, and refresh the plan details. If the information still looks wrong, contact support for help.
Readdy does not currently support manually resetting an active subscription cycle or ending it early to start the next cycle. Upgrading your plan resets the subscription, renewal, and credit cycles to the upgrade date.

Part 4

Account and troubleshooting

Use these answers for account access, billing settings, prompt quality, publishing, domain setup, and common product issues.

Readdy recently upgraded the website, so some options and feature locations have changed. In the top-right corner of the editor, click the Help button next to Publish, select Reset Onboarding Tour, and follow the guide to find the updated control panel.
Copy the website domain name or the share link URL of your Readdy project, paste it into Readdy chat, and tell the AI that you want to copy the website or project. Readdy will generate a copied project from the link you provide.
In the left navigation bar, select the project you want to delete. Open Project Settings, go to the project management page, click Delete Project, and confirm the deletion if prompted.
Yes. Readdy supports team collaboration features. Open the team collaboration documentation to understand the collaboration model and how to work with team members.
Open the project transfer documentation and follow the transfer steps for the target account. Make sure the receiving account has an active subscription, because only a subscribed account can receive the transferred project.
This usually happens when you are signed into the wrong account. Click the avatar in the lower-left corner, open Account, and check whether the email address is correct. If you do not remember the original account email, provide your domain name or project share link so the team can help identify the account that owns the project.
Edits are saved in the editor, but the live site does not update automatically. Publish the project again to apply the changes publicly.
A newly published domain may need 10 minutes to 48 hours for its SSL certificate to propagate globally. Wait for a while, clear your browser cache, and refresh the page. If the domain is still insecure or inaccessible after 48 hours, contact support.
Keep the Connects panel or authorization page open and make sure your internet connection is stable while Supabase connects. Leaving the page during authorization can interrupt the process. Projects using the HTML framework do not support third-party integrations such as Supabase. If your project is not using the HTML framework and the connection still gets stuck, return to Connects and try again.
Check whether the Supabase icon is still visible in the top-right corner of the editor, then click it to confirm the database connection is active. If the icon is missing or inactive, open Connects, find Supabase, and review or reconnect the database connection.
