Frequently Asked Questions
Credits are your design currency in Readdy. Each new generation costs 25, edit costs 25 credits. Your subscription plan includes a set number of monthly credits that refresh with each billing cycle.
If you're on our Starter Plan, you can upgrade to our Pro Plan for immediate access to more credits. Pro Plan users can contact us at hi@readdy.ai for additional support and credit options.
The website you published will be not available if you are not within an active subscription period.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading from Starter to Pro, the change takes effect immediately. You'll only pay a prorated amount based on the days remaining in your current billing period, and your new credits will be available instantly. These credits will expire at the end of your current billing period. If you wish to change from Pro to Starter or Free Plan, or from Starter to Free Plan, you can make this change in your account settings at any time. However, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
